Yo! I read the guide for printing covers and followed it but I'm having trouble getting the covers to print the full sheet of the paper to the right dimensions. I'm using gimp and the image is the right size so I'm thinking the problem falls with my printer. It's a HP D1600. Cheap one I got at Wal-mart for doing Papercraft with my girlfriend. Bought a bunch of used games from Gamestop lately and I'd like to replace the covers and a friend recommended this site.  I fiddled with it for over an hour, playing with the printer settings. I checked the margins, did boarderless and it always seems to cut off the picture on the right side or print it too small. Anyone have a link that can help resolve my issue or tips? Thanks much.

Two words: Legal paper.

You sound like you have the settings right on your printer, but here's the deal. A regular piece of paper is 8 inches by 11 inches. These covers stretch beyond 11 inches, so legal paper (8x14 inches, I believe) must be used. When you are printing on legal paper, make sure to not use borderless, otherwise you will get a cover that is too BIG for once! There should be an option that says "print to scale" or something along those lines. Make sure that says 100%, and that the image is 600dpi. (If you're downloading from here, it is 600dpi, so don't worry.) Your cover should print out just fine after that. ;)
