Your rarest/most prized game

Ok, this is probably going  a little off topic but my most rarest/ prized game was actually an old Williams pinball table called "Cyclone"  (circa 1988) that I got hold of  about 9-10 years ago in the UK.

 The table cost me and my fiance £150 and was part of a series of roller coaster themed tables named Comet, Cyclone and  Hurricane. The Cyclone table would be familiar with fans of the "Mr Bungle" album as it used a lot of quotes in the track "Carousel"

    * "Hurry, Hurry, Step right up"
    * "We have a winner!!"
    * "Round and round she goes"
    * "Welcome to my house"
    * "Ride the Ferris Wheel"
    * "Hey You! With the face"
    * "Hey You!"

Unfortunately due to a series of bad electrical problems and a lack of funds to sort them, the pinball was slowly left to lie........ Until.

Shorty after the joy of the pinball table had filled me with much love, I ended up in a bitter divorce and had the pinball table ownership thrown at me in a possession dispute from my now ex-wife.

The table you see was a joint purchase in the current situation. The misses wanted none of it and I was given the simple ultimatum..... find a home for the table of it would be removed!.

(anyone who has read "High Fidelity" might me familiar with the next paragraph.)

Due to lack of space I was unable to get a home for the pinball table and later found out that the whole thing was dismantled (read "Destroyed") and taken away in bits for the pricley sum of £5 GBP.

The number of these machines still in existance today  is stupidly low and the fact that I am semi-responsible for the demise of one pisses me off to this day.

Thats my story, It makes me sad. But at least I have the odd photo still of my happy days with my Pinball table.
