Ufouria on NES.

it's PAL version converted to US version by changing one chip inside.

SO to my knowledge it's the only US version that exists.

Theres actually a NTSC Prototype out there, but the owner hasnt dumped the rom so a reproduction cart or cart mod is the only option right now. Mr. Gimmick just surfaced so maybe Ufouria wont be too far away.

What's the need for US Ufouria rom? Or mr. gimmick US rom?

How would they differ from English European roms that already exsist?

Well on Mr. Gimmick theres a few differences in the settings. For one the Pal gives you 7 lives instead of 3 like the Famicom and NTSC version. There could be differences in Ufouria too. I for one would just like to know I own a copy of the repro made from an actual NTSC rom we were all sapose to get before it was canceled.

I'm not sure how rare any of my games are, but my girlfriend has a nice and hard to find game. She has Shantae for the GBC, and last I checked, it was going for around $230. It's one of her favorite games ever, so she's not giving it up anytime soon (or ever).

As for me, here's what I think may be "uncommon" in my collection, as I'm sure none of it is rare:

Mega Man X1-3
Mega Man I, II, and V
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
Wario's Woods (SNES, not the NES version)
Phantasy Star Online 1 and 2 Plus (I bought PSO1&2, only to find out the disk was for 1&2+. Silly Gamestop)
Game and Watch Collection (It's only rare because it's a Club Nintendo game)
Metroid II (Just bought yesterday)

All good games, but nothing too out of this world.

The megaman X games are pretty rare, especially X2 and X3, Id love to get my hands on those some day. I'd also like to get that copy of Shantae as well, now that you mention it ;D

oh yea? Well I have Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt. It was a strange pack in game for a system that never really took off from Japan. Really rare.
