Its really used,

Um after looking at the picture, it seems a little more than "really used".  For example, my copy of Final Fantasy 7 (disc 2) is "really really really really used" and it (the disc) never decided to end it's life and kill itself, but hey, it's really used! Really!

this is the cd that me and my roomates used to made scratches on it since august 2010 to this date.

Uhh, why do you need a "disc" to make scratches?  Is this a drug reference?  And what? "used to made".  Typo I am guessing, but what makes someone go "AHHHH I NEED TO VENT MY RAGE **looks uncontrollably for Driv3r** THERE IT IS!!! GIVE ME MY KEEEEEYYYYYSSSS..... (dun dun dun..) **scratch scratch scratch**.  These people sound like if they were cats, this disc is their catnip, and I would feel terrible buying this game from them!

This item broke today and have good memories on it.

What the fuck do you think would happen if you play a game too much?  I mean, hell, it's a really used game!!  That, and all the scratching going on...

One more thing, this game doesnt work!!!

being as sneaky as I can if the driver disc were not $45 but instead like $1 and GameStop still carried original XBOX games....I would buy it, buy one from gamestop with the disc guarantee and get myself a new disc.
