I understand that some of them are listed under "PAL", but they look exactly the same as NA covers.

Wow...didn't realise there was a whole thread's worth of covers I may need!  How come those aren't yet on the covers listings?  Do they need to go through a copyright clearance to be able to use the original artwork or something like that (given lawsuits what they are now I wouldn't be surprised)?

Some are, some didn't pass quality check, some just aren't yet.
