I just uploaded the ones I used (first link in my signature will take you there). They are based of Larryinc64's original template, but it separated and simplified them for my own use. They don't have the icons some folks put in the front bottom bar because I chose not to use those, but the basics are there so I'm sure someone can share those with you if you needed them.

In case anyone is interested, I created a few covers so far for myself. They're not top quality like some of the official uploaded covers, but they look pretty good for this. Thanks for the templates!

If anyone might be interested, I have a bundle of cassette cases available for sale. About 235 (give or take a handful). All of them have already had the tabs clipped off to fit GameBoy or GameBoy Advance games. All are in great condition and have mostly just been sitting on a shelf for about a year since being purchased new and modified.
Most already have artwork in them as well. Long story short, I'm (unfortunately) going to be forced to sell my GameBoy/GameBoy Advance collection soon. While I do plan on re-collecting at some point in the future, I don't know how long it will be until I'm financially able to do that. Figured if someone needed the cases I'd be willing and able to sell them at a fair price.
I MAY also have about the same number of game cases available for sale as well (the plastic hinged ones that fit over the games - I put my games in those and then in the cassette cases - most are newly made repros, not original Nintendo brand). Not entirely sure if I'll be selling those with the games right now, but I'm leaning towards selling separately, so if anyone needs some send me a pm and we can talk details.

I'm having some issue when printing out, I can't get the size right.
What size do I need to resize all the images I have, in paint, for them to print out at 100% for cassette cases (A4 paper)?
