Thanks dude. Since I'm using a Mac, I found a really nifty barcode making software that makes absolutely perfect barcodes every time; Bar Code Pro. It's fantastic for replicating the real barcodes on the backs of the boxes, and it saves them as EPS files so they can be in vector form.
I've gotten a few of these cases made so far, and they look fantastic! The more games I collect, the more cases I'll make! Also, the paper I use is 80# glossy text, and I print them through a color laserjet printer, preferably a Xerox 550-560. Instead of scissors, I use a rotary cutter for straight cuts every time.

Here is a (cell phone) pic of the covers I have already completed in cases just for reference and for anyone that was unsure on how they would look.
I still have about 50 covers left to create.
