Request - Multiple PS3 Covers

I am in the process of converting my PS3 covers to the new cover template. However I cannot find scans of five cases.
I am looking for (all NTSC-U Retail by the way) :
Guitar Hero Aerosmith
Guitar Hero 5
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2
Rock Band 2
WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2009

If you have versions already using the new PS3 cover template; those will work too.
