I really don't want to do any cosmetic damage to the exterior of the controller. Does anyone know a way to disable the light? Maybe a wire I could snip? I'm also going to look for a white rubber band, if I find a thick one I could wrap that around. |

Well, I don't know how to disable it but, you could use a coloured (red or black works) pasteboard and hold it with the silicon case of the Wiimote. |

Easiest way would be to cut a small piece of electrical tape to put over the controller lights, the color is your choice. Also some of the controller "skins" cover the light. I think my NES controller skin that I got in Nintendo Power covers it completely if I'm not mistaken. |
