How to make covers and labels ?

Can anyone tell me or teach me how to make custom cover and label. PLEASE HELP !

I think it would be a cool idea to maybe have a seasoned member or two to capture a whole cover session. Anybody know of a desktop video capture program? I might get down and do a cover on this.

I am quite fond of cam studio, If I must say. Try that.
