3DS Cover Thread

Hey, I'm still relatively new and I don't mean to jump in on someone else's project, but I had the Ocarina of Time 3D soundtrack handy and I scanned the booklet and back. The booklet opens to show the two gold Miyamoto pages, then those can unfold to display the longer track listing, which I scanned in 2 parts. The opposite side of the back (what you see when removing the disc) is straight black.

Can anyone tell me if these were rejected, or still awaiting approval.  I have been holding off on submitting anything at all as these, and my last lot of Master System for master system retail cases were not added.

Maybe talk to badchad about the MS stuff. I for me am rather into adding and perfecting UGC covers for Retro cart systems. Or at least both.

Considering the 3DS stuff I'll look into it.

EDIT: Sheep sheep sheep. After all those years I still have to reject part of your covers and the others were just accepted cause I finished them up.

The flaws:

Almost all the covers are not really flat, especially on the back barcode area.
There are dust spots on almost all of them.
There are borders on almost all of them on the back left side and on some on the front.
The legal text looks pixelated on some of them.
The covers are generally pretty unsharp.

For my handheld covers i've been using 5 heavy books to make sure there is no crease.  Anything less and i was still seeing crease marks.

Question About the EU 3DS cases:
Are they the same size and US original DS cases?  They appear to be wider than the US 3DS cases so i would assume they are the same width as US DS cases, correct?

They were scanned so long ago I don't remember the individual covers -  but I am positive that I cleaned the scanner bed first AND scanned with a heavy magazine on them, and the lid closed.  Some were straight out of the cellophane, so the covers themselves should be dust free.  Also, I created a mini template, and everything was cut, cleaned and put into the template rather than just, scanned and uploaded.  

Not sure what else I can do other than hang up my post as cover guru, as I obviously don't have what it takes.

Edit:  this isn't me getting all pissy,  or questioning that you found defects or questioning the quality standard that I myself love about this site.  This really is me exasperated at having thought I had done everything, and created a clean cover, but still falling short.

i'll take a second look at them. I'll check to see if i can fix said problems with the cover  

EDIT: Tik may have taken them down from the uploads when he checked them. Can you please re-upload them?

EDIT #2: What resolution was you Asphalt 3D cover scanned at? The fine print on the back is kind of blurry and there are some pixel fragments. Did you just get that scan from the net?

I'll take another look at them tomorrow.  None of them were from the net -  all my own scans at 600 dpi, then saved at 300 to upload.

None of the fine print should be blurred.  I do use smart sharpen on some small text, but this doesn't blur or pixelate it.
