Has anyone ever done this?

They have an SNES Game Genie at my local Play N' Trade that I thought about picking up, but I'd like to put it in a UGC.

What about NES Game Genie?

I'm pretty sure the NES Game Genie would fit just fine if you took off that big long black thing. The SNES one, I'm not sure. I'd also like to know that.

If SNES Game Genie has the second connector at the back like Action Replay it does not fit in UGC.

I was able to get both my NES and SNES game genies in UGC's. The NES Game Genie can fit without removing the black grip by removing all the plastic inside the case and just bending the black grip a bit (if that doesnt bother you). For the SNES Game Genie youll have to remove some plastic like you would to fit an NES and youll have to remove the front plastic peice from the Game Genie. It bulges a bit but it will fit.

Do you HAVE to remove the front plastic piece, or can it fit with it on? I'm not worried about the case bulging, just as long as it is in a case.

It barely fits without the front plastic peice so I dont think the case would close if you didnt.

When you say "amarays" is that pronounced like: rhymes with "gamma rays"? I feel like if I walked into a Family Video and asked them for one of those, they'd look at me like I was crazy. XD Do Family Videos still have those types of cases nowadays? The only games that are available for rent these days are all disc-based. It seems weird that they would still carry UGC-esque cases.

EDIT: Nevermind, they don't even have one of those in my state. Question is irrelevant to me.

EDIT 2: Actually, is there another way to store it? Maybe a thicker medium, like a 12-disc DVD box or something like that? I'd much rather have the plastic front on it.

That should work well.
