Sonic Blast

This one is far from the quality standards of the site, but it should make a good place holder if anyone wants to use it. If anyone happens to have this game/know where to get a hi-res scan, let me know and I'll be glad to fix this one up even better.

Streets of Rage

Looks good but I see a few things that would need to be fixed to make this a retail cover. The ESRB logo's should be removed off the front and back and the Sega logos on the top front corner and spine should be removed aswell. And the last thing is there should be a bit of black between each screenshot and the edge of the page. All the old Game Gear games did the same thing to match the colour on the spine. In this case its black, but Sonic 2 would be green as you can see in the links:

Ah, I forgot all about removing the ESRB logos. I noticed that mariocaseman had mentioned that in his post but it completely slipped my mind.

Wrong bro.  These are my donations / requests, and I asked for them to be retail.  Shenske created both templates and as you can see BadChad advised on Streets of Rage.

A friend sent me these zip files for Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat II but I cannot download / post them because of the file size.  Can anyone download these and post the raws of the fronts, backs and spines in this thread, please?  And I do not know why he sent 2 Mortal Kombat II files

Haha, it would probably drive me crazy too. Like mariocaseman said though, they were made retail per request. I'd be happy to whip up some customs with the purple template if you need any of those though.
