As a RPN I must warn you.

I would be very carefull with Super Glue, as if even small blob gets to your blood circulation, it is attacked by white bloodcells as a foreign object, and it will cause blood clot, which might travel to heart or lungs and cause an embolism, which is very fatal and fast.

Or you might just glue a blood vessel shut, which leads to blood not getting to you fingers, which will the turn black and die.

Not to scare you, but be carefull.  ;)

I'm surprised my friend didn't lose any motor functions, his wound was pretty deep.

He was just lucky that he did not cut so deep, that he had hit a nerve.

Musckles heal, nerves not so well (or not at all).

scarmullet:

I havent had much issue. I usually use rotary cutters to slice and cut. I have gotten burned from my dremel tool motor burning out though.

BadChad:

I sliced my thumb open pretty good once cutting out DS cases with a fresh blade in my exacto knife. Always cut away from yourself kids!  ;)
