I Googled it and this post was the third hit, lol.
This one rolls around randomly when you pull it back and the "game" is to hope it either avoids all the ghosts or crashes into all the blue ghosts.
Holy crap I just remembered that they did a series of Mario toys when I was young enough to buy kids meals all the time. I still have Mario on a kart racer somewhere. That needs to go on my shelf now.
