so um, NES game don't fit in the cases...

If you think 50+ games is alot, my NES collection is sitting at around 170 and theres members here who have way over that. You dont have to do them all in one shot. Clip 10 cases a day or so and voila, your done in a week! :) Sure you could look for an alternative but the end result just wont be the same...

I use some wire clippers to cut out the big pieces and then trim out the rest with toenail clippers. When I started it took about 20 minutes per case, but you get faster over time (now it's around 8-10 minutes). There are faster ways (like other users have mentioned), but I just make due with what I have (I also only had around 12 nes games when I started, but it's not too bad now to just do one or two cases when I get some new games).

I use pliers to rip out the plastic bits, and then use an old soldering iron to melt the rest so that it's smooth. Works well for me...
