I made the template comprehensive enough that anyone can make a cover with it. If you already have a cleaned scan just copy and paste, change the product number, change esrb rating and throw a logo on the spine. Done

Template was in shenske's box account accessed thru link in his signature but the link is dead.
There are some covers in this post: http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=5061.msg45541#msg45541 that have correct dimensions.
