"normal size" fit just fine. I can't fit some of the RPG or RPG Maker manuals in the sleeve area. There are only  a few manuals i have that don;t fit.

I know you are against using DS cases for your GB/GBC games but i would recommend that. There would be a lot of wasted space using the 8-disc poly cases. You could fit pretty much any handheld cart in the sleeve with no problem.  You should have no problem fitting both the cart and the manual.

My largest game i have in one of the cases still fits. I have two copies of crono cross (4 discs total) and a manual in one case and it isn't even tight.  Its a pretty nifty case and is good and at hiding how much it can hold.  :)

EDIT:  Thought i might share one of my most OCD storries about one of my games.
My case 8-Dsic poly case for Spyro the Dragon has:
1 - Manual
2 - Manual (Greatest Hits)
3 - Disc
4 - Disc (Greatest Hits)
5 - Demo Disc for Spyro the Dragon
6 - Advertisement from OPM for Spyro merchandise
7 - Folded up Spyro mini-poster

...and it all fits  ;D

I probably wont buy some cases until I get a job, because buying things costs money, but I got a few interviews coming up, so we will see how that goes. I hate Jewel cases and how fragile they are, And how annoying it is to replace the art.

I don't think the Poly cases are that much bigger than the DS cases, and I may end up storing mutable games per case.

Just a thought,  maybe it would be a good thing to store loose NES manuals and such. I have mine in a binder currently and they occasionally slide out.

Thanks for the Info, I'm going to make a few more covers eventually, I scanned all my PS1 games that have cases.
On the topic of covers, I have made 100 - 300 covers and i think few are on the site, mind if i send you a RAR of them all to look through?

I sent you a RAR with my Nintendo covers and Templates.

I decided to go with 3DS cases for GB /GBC games, they require no modification, other than some foam to keep them in place.

If someone's already answered this, I'm sorry, but 18 pages is a lot to sift through. Are these 8-disc cases the same ones used for holding NES games after taking the pages out?

I think thicker ones were used, I think they were 16 disc cases. Let me look.

Oh, c'mon; you know you don't like sifting through tons of pages, either.

Perhaps try the page before this ......

Its taking you way more time being lazy than it would take to actually look through the pages  ::)

Would these be able to hold NES games without cutting away plastic, like you must do on the UGC?

I thought about this years ago when I was listening to a CD teaching from my church, and the case that held the DVDs was like a short version of those DISNEY VHS Clamshells, and they were PERFECT for fitting NES games. I never could remember to ask the church staff about where they purchase them, or purchasing just the cases...that would be too smart.
