.... Errr ..... so i guess i barely mis-measured the size of the insert for the 8-disc poly cases. I ended up being about 10pixels off on the width.  Personally i just trimmed a bit off of the edge when i was cutting out the insert. It was almost entirely unnoticeable what i cut off.  It would be a PITA to resize everything and remake the template for 10pixels.  What do you guys think i should do?  I could always just add slight white lines to each side of the covers from here on out?
Wait, the cover is 10 pixels too WIDE, and not 10 pixels too THIN, right?

Honestly, I think that's fine the way it is. Shaving 5 pixels off of each side while cutting out the covers shouldn't be a big deal at all, and barely noticeable. As for the white lines, I think I would advise against it, because not everybody working with your template is going to know to do that. So for consistency's sake, I'd say just keep churning them out the way you have been. Maybe it might be a good idea later on, to update and fix the template, but I really don't think anyone will be bothered by a slight bit of modification needed to be done after printing.

i'd make the changes to the template so all covers from now on are correct size - wouild leave the ones you've already completed.

I had a feeling i should do this .... damn. I'll fix it  >:(

EDIT:
Template has been updated with the new dimensions of 3670 x 1560.  I decided to cut off 20 pixels in the width instead of 10 to be on the safe side. The template is in my box.net profile in my signature  :)

If you have undercover XP, that program already has a template set up for this kind of DVD case, DVD Box Half-size.

The ntsc covers are so much nicer than the pal covers, that stupid ps logo and white pal box make editing pal covers a pain, maybe ill just have to use these ntsc covers and change ntsc to pal etc, shame cant use my retail pal scans for ntsc

i was thinking the exact same thing myself.  also having the game name as it was intended on the spine looks great - i hate how boring my PS1 shelves look.

My PS1 collection is on my Backloggery. Ask me about a game and I'll go check if I have the original case around.
