Everyone (incuding yourself) has the ability to clean up and/or create covers. You just have to try ... practice makes perfect :)

I'm only good at MSPaint, I never could figure out Photoshop.

Thats your problem right there ... YOU"RE USING MS PAINT! Never Ever use MS PAINT for anything!
Photoshop is not something you "figure out" in a day. It takes a very long time to know photoshop inside and out and i honestly i don't know everything about the program. If you are not using the correct tools you will not be able to make a good cover. Give photoshop another try. There is a reason why photoshop is so widely used ... its the best. (ok ok fireworks is pretty good too ;) )

Hey, I'm pretty good at MSPaint. It gets the job done. Even if it's not professional looking, lol.
I'm a slow learner but I keep at it with photoshop. You have my respect for being able to do what you and others have done.
Anonymity:
Problem with MS Paint is that when you press save, the image is immideadly turned into 96DPI and f***ed up.
So no matter how good you are, it is impossible to make good enough images to this site.
No offence or hard feelings, OK ;D

And that's why I'm asking people here for help.
