Hey there ppl :-) I'm very thankfull for this great Site and since i downloaded many covers from here i would like to give something in return. My problem is that i have no expierience in Photoshop, i got Photoshop cs5 now but the manual is so... um.. omg it's so much to read :-( the only thing i want to do are Covers, i would love to make some dvd-Covers for the PC-Engine. I already downloaded the template and tried to do anything with it (for hours lol) i even dident find any guides on here or in the net, on how to create such covers :-( so please, if anyone would be that kind to link me to a guide or so... that would be great. Greetings |

I would suggest youtube (type into to photoshop etc etc) and get familiar with the tools and names of them. |

First: Never ever upload any covers to imageshack as it f***s them up! Instead make yourself Mediafire or Box.net account, both are free. Upload thwere and link give us the link. See my signature (the red text at the bottom of all my posts) for examble how to do it. Second those: Those covers are unfortunately look way too grainy to be used,, some of the graininess comes from imageshack, but not all. Do the first thing and we'll comment more of your creations and how to better them. |

Either they are too low resolution (600 DPI is good start) or the derasterization option is not chosen when scanning. Where did you get the scans? With what program did you do the covers? Well anyway create the account and upload there so we can see the covers unscrewed by imageshack. |

OK, good. But still: Make that account so we can see the covers unscrewed by Imageshack, so we can see them better and tell you how to better them. And remember bad raws make it impossible to make acceptable covers. ;) |
