Here's a proof of concept on HA2:

The UPC is sized wrong, the back is a bit crooked, but, the idea is there. My approach is to use as much of the original as possible, when a good scan is available.
If this will work for you (or anyone), I'll finish it.

I'd stick with the original design, I know you have it as that front is from the partial cover done by me. ;)
It just needs the back and spine replaced, and the red SNES texts, and few clean ups.
Or I can do the original style if you would be so kind and give me the back text typed, as I too lazy to do it myself. 8)

Yeah, I can type it. Gimme an hour or so, and I'll have a .txt file up in a jiffy.
