Ok, using a small template I modified from vladictivo's NES miniboxes, I was able to measure out a design to hold 5 and 1/4 inch floppies. Now, I have done an example cover (it was a bit ratty, and a lot of the rattyness [is that a word?] came out in the scan)

I estimate these boxes can hold 3-4 floppies comfortably.

Here is the template I worked up. It can be converted to anything that uses 5 1/4 inch floppy discs, I just have Commodore 64 branding on as an example.

This looks awesome!  I've been dreaming that someone would start something like this for C64 (or all 8bit computers for that matter).

Your top and bottom flaps are too large. They need to be the same width as the spines of the box you are making

Actually 3 & 4 need to be 1/2 the size of A since they fold in together to make one side
