PAL Playstation covers

Got a question for you PAL people.
I have a bunch of PAL PS1 CD case overs to upload, but they are all different sizes.

It know the spine is thicker than the US spine, so can anyone tell me what the actual dimensions of the rear cover/ front cover/manual are so I can get them all sized correctly?

mm/cm/inches  whatever is most convienent for you.
or give mne the correct pixals @ 300 dpi to get a correct saized printout.

The PAL dimensions for PS1 are:

frontcover: 123mm x 125mm (slightly bigger than a normal CD case insert)
backcover: 163mm x 122mm (with spine)
spines(s): 13mm x 122mm
