I am not entirely sure what you are attempting, mst2kevin, but I will say that I could use a Paperboy 2 cover (for the SNES).

The upload thing on the main site is temporarily down so I'm posting the cover I was going to submit for criticism. I'm also making a "Wheel of Fortune" and a "Super Off Road" SNES cover. Again, I'm new.

4 things:

First is the most important: NEVER USE IMAGESHACK TO HOST YOUR COVERS!!
They get screwed. Instead make Mediafire or Box.net account, both are free.

2: Do make Vertical SNES one too
3: Do make High quality asretail like as possible NES cover too.

Thank you

4: Welcome

Thank you for the feedback. I'll be sure to get started on those steps for the 3 covers I'm working on.

Better? I made the Paper boy one before I had the templet, and the wheel one needs some description on the back. I don't know what to put.

Hi and welcome on board,

I must tell you that the quality of the art used is way too low and blurry to be hosted on the site, if you have the raw scans i'd suggest to scan the box art at far higher DPI, dont get me wrong and dont get discouraged you only need to put up the quality on that art ;).

Little tip: dont host them as .psd files, those files are so big they scare people off just to check a cover ;)

Greets,
Desz

My this computer can't open these pictures, as I only have what came with Windows 7 Ultimate.

Must fire up the other computer that has more programs later to see. ;)

Wheel of fortune cover is coming up nicely.

The Paper Boy 2 on the other hand needs lot of work.
- Front image needs replacing, it's never gonna be good, hope someone can provide new one.
- Legal text needs clearing, and make sure all the text is accurate.
- Make same thickness black border to the right of the screenshots as the top has, same goes to front.
- sharpen up the Paper Boy 2 text.

Back text and screenshots are good.

See how I used the hamburger model we were taught in the RPN school:
First something positive, then the negatives and finish with positive. (If there is much negative insert something positive in the midle so it comes double burger. But remember if you have to go to triple burger you're just being an a*****e  ;D
Keep up the good work!

Plus not to forget that the Paperboy 2 Cover does not have a product/serial number and the Whell of Fortune cover has Chrono Trigger's product/serial number. just check the site on other Covers so you get an idea on how the quality should look like.

Wheel of Fortune's front art seem nice at first glance, keep up the good work ;)

Will keep at it. I might start Paper boy over now that I have the SNES templet this site provides.

Now that I have the template from this website I've made this

http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.php?quickkey=1ya0u0omr5xkkcl&thumb=4

And to whoever said I had Chrono Triggers serial number, i don't know how that happened. I was using a scan of Final Fantasy Mystic Quest to base my previous template off of.
