New ranks generally happen at each 500 posts. They used to
stop increasing in rank at 500, but I made them go up to 2000 for April Fools' Day when I made a custom class for myself called "banned". The posting requirement was set that only I would be eligible, others would be onto Super Member or stuck at dedicated member.
When April Fools' Day Passed, I normalized the requirements a little bit. Upon seeing this post, I added a new class for 1500 posts, it used to go from 1000 directly to 2000.
Omega is special, but the rest are just amounts of yellow stars. I need an exit strategy and a rethinking of the ranking system. I can't keep coming up with new ranks, so are "Omega 1" and "Omega 2" etc. classes on the horizon for when tiktektak reaches Omega?
Forum Admin is a special rank like "Cover Guru". It has 5 stars always. The badges for gurus are actually in the system as stars. Each guru gets one star, even though it looks like a little banner.
Global moderator and moderator classes are built into the forum software by default, and nobody bothered to delete them.
Global moderator:
Moderator (no special color) is the same as forum admin: 5 green stars.
