Leapster cases
Has anyone checked the viability for these for other games and their manuals? I just saw them in the store earlier and got to thinking that they might work, but don't know where to find empty ones to measure without spending 25 bucks... Just curious

Re: Leapster cases
I think its highly unlikely that you would be able to find somewhere to buy those aside from actually buying leapster games. Its a learning system for kids.

Re: Leapster cases
My nephew got a Leapster and a couple games for Christmas. I'll take a look at them when I get a chance, but since I doubt there will ever be a good source of empty ones, it seems like a bit of a moot point...

Re: Leapster cases
Here, I took some pictures.
It's slightly taller than a Genesis case (I don't have any UGCs to compare it with)
Not much on the inside that would need to be cut out.
NES game looks like it'd fit just fine, but I obviously wasn't cutting my nephew's game case up to see for sure.
So I'd say they could work pretty well, but since there's no real source of them it's probably better to just stick with UGCs.
