Question about NES game box

I bought Super Mario/ Duck Hunt / Worldclass Track meet CIB.

I noticed that the box is white inside and the seal is not golden but light tan (same as covers printed from here).

He keeps insisting that the cover genuine, I say fake/repro.

He told me to get expert opinion so I ask you which one of us is correct. 

The price was not high (20.5 Euros), it is just the the principal.

IIRC it was never released in a box. It was loose packaged inside of some NES bundle systems.
