You did a fantastic job. I'm not up for scanning something where there's already a cover on the site with the retail art, so I wasn't planning on taking the time to scan these, as at first glance, your covers were identical to what I remember the original art looking like. It wasn't until I did a double take did I notice the differences (like on Fatal Fury where the original art had Duck King on the back, and your cover has Mai as well as different screenshots, and on Samurai Shodown the different screenshots on the back, and the smaller and non-overlapping logo on the front on your custom art).
Though, it surprised me how blurry the original artwork was for the Samurai Shodown cover (the original, not your cover). The logos were all nice and crisp, though, the Haohmaru artwork by Shinkiro was way out of focus (perhaps too much descreening when JVC scanned the art
), so your custom cover actually improved upon that.
