DS cover printing question
(1/2) > >>
VanderOZ:
I've been trying to print covers for my GBA games.  When I print them out though the cover is slightly smaller than what it should be.

Should I print these out on legal sized paper instead of standard?
Doom:
Unless your printer can print borderless (99% of printers can't), then you need legal paper.
VanderOZ:
Yeah, I had a feeling that pesky border was getting in the way.  Just wanted to be sure before I tried legal size.

I plan to print a lot of covers.  My first project will be 24 GBA covers.  Should I invest in a paper cutter to get those edges nice and straight?
6521ordnut:
Yes, get a paper cutter. I have have not bought one yet, but can say if you cut by hand and it is a little crooked, it looks bad... but because I just use standard paper, I leave a white border around the cover, so have a chance to correct it. 90% of the covers I print are GBA/GBC/GB.
juan0tron:
If I can't make it to school to use the paper cutter in the art room, I generally use an Xacto knife and a ruler. :)
