Well ..... if you've looked at the Dreamcast section recently you'll see I'm starting to get rid of the backlog. Bear with me while I get through this lot but seriously now .... you guys have been uploading an insane amount of covers so it'll take a little while to get through them ... and there's a specific process required getting everything online correctly.

And yep .... we have no problem making PAL covers for the original cases available  ;D

@Lish

I have a big favour to ask off you... Could you maybe consider uploading your DC covers with the original spine/measurements too? It's really much work repaling them for me and I thought maybe you still have the original scans lying around and could easily upload them too?

Pretty please....  ;D

Yes, I'll do that. I probably should have donw that first.

For consistency, what will be the dimensions (overall width and hieght) for both the front and back rear covers.  Let me know.  Different scanners will produce slightly different result, give or take a few pixels, as will anyone who users a ruler to read the size (is that 112.5mm or 113mm etc.).  So we really need a standard size.

If you give me the size, I will convert all my raws next weekend.

To be honest I don't use a standard size....  ;D
I take them as they come... Ultimately they all end up within a 5 pixels range which means...
FRONT:
1410x1430 - 1415x1435
BACK:
1780x1415 - 1785x1420

As for the CDs it's a little bit different... They sometimes got white borders because of reflections or something and then they have to be cropped more or if those things don't happen less.... So their dimensions can differ much....

I suppose that's good enough because if someone doesn't like it that way he can resize it after downloading anyway, no big deal... :)

OK, what I'll do is round off to the nearest 8 pixels (where the size divides by 8).  This I have heard improves the Jpeg quality..maybe I'm wrong but I think all digitial camera resolutions and screen resolutions are also multiples of 8.
