Hahaha, http://www.snescentral.com/article.php?id=0910, I have that game. Original (non-repro) also. Cost me an arm and a leg.
Now that I think about it, I wish $50 would just pop out of this air right now.
If we get the raws, we will tend to make them. Covers dont appear out of thin air.
What is the problem with these one? ( http://media.giantbomb.com/uploads/2/26748/1139556-snesprinceofpersia2.jpg ) besides the missing top label but, like you said, dosn't pop out of the air.

I scan things at 1,000 DPI. You can downsize an image and make it look better easily. You cannot do take a crappy small image and upscale it into something miraculous easily. Again, I understand the upload a cover.php page is down ATM, but we need raws before we can do anything. That is a nice "guideline" to judge by, but the quality of the picture is horrid to 90% of the member here
For the labels, I could try doing some ''custom'' out of the original cover artwork, I've already made couple of labels for games such as Legend of zelda custom label and Zelda 2 custom label
