Is there another FAQ?

I have a couple of questions and I haven't seen an answer, though I've been looking all over the site.  (Perhaps a more prominent place in the FAQ forum if the answer is there?)

First, do the DS cases you order from Nintendo have that clear plastic on the outside to stick an insert into, or do you have to glue it on?

Secondly, which game inserts (if not all) require 8.5x14" paper?

1) Yes, the DS cases already come with the plastic sleeve on the outside for the inserts to go into (just like the DS games you buy in stores).

2) Standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper works for the cases if you have a printer that allows borderless printing, otherwise, I believe you will need 8 1/2 x 14.
