I don't have an account on Gamervision.com, but this is a pretty cool way to do trades. Not that I think it would be necessary to implement, but I thought this would be interesting to some of you.

Anyone got a copy of Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence? I'm looking for both discs, case is optional. I still have the manual from the last copy I had forever ago. PM me if you're interested. Check my Backloggery for potential trades. (Within reason)

Any Sega collectors out there, I'm looking to sell my Sega CDX, simply because I need the dough.

Anyone interested?

I don't have any pictures off-hand, but I can certainly take some. It's in pretty great condition, and was used pretty infrequently, because I only own like two SCD games, and I hardly ever used it for Genesis games. (You can tell because the Gens slot is still nice and tight like it should be.) I can take some pictures for you guys and post them here.

As for price, I was hoping you guys would make the offers and I'll take the most appetizing one. I normally see these things sell for anywhere from $300-500, but I'd be willing to give a fellow TCP-er a nice deal. ;) I'll include one of my many copies of Sonic CD as well. :P

By the way, Imodium, if you signed up to the forums specifically to ask about this console, I'd find that pretty hilarious. XD

If it wasn't because I put a video game freeze on myself I would of definitely taken that off your hands easy. Better yet....do you have a spare ac adapter for it???? I'm in desparate need of an original Sega CD ac adapter.

Unfortunately, the two AC adaptors are different voltages and will not work.

The AC adaptor compatibility is as follows:
1602: Genesis 1, Sega CD (either model)
2103: Genesis 2, 32X, Game Gear, Nomad, Pico
1422: CDX
1479: Genesis 3

So, if you have 2 Gen1 adaptors, you're good to go! ;D

@irvgotti If you really want it badly, and you can make me a more attractive offer than the others, I'd be happy to save it for you. I'll even give you a discount if you finish those Jaguar covers we discussed.  :D

@BadChad I would actually love that JVC. Maybe I can buy it with the money I make from the CDX. XD

I have a adapter that'll fit a CDx, would you take a Sega CD Model 1 with a clunky drive. Sometimes it works, sometimes it dont....most of the time, it don.t

For those of you looking for a 'proper' CDX power supply, I've seen this post on Sega16 several times whenever people ask about the right AC adapter:

Not too sure exactly. I dont want to be greedy but at the same time I wouldnt mind getting a decent dollar considering the rareness off the console and its in pretty good consition. ;)

Whats the going rate on that? And is it the lens that doesnt work or is it the tray?

This works beautifully! Picked up 2 more just in case and they're so cheap too! Thanks a lot! :D

If we have a trading board, it'd be as simple as letting each user make their own trade/sale thread and linking it in their sig for future reference. That's what most boards do and it works pretty well.

I second this as wel. I'm a regular at GTZ with 100% rating.
