If it hasn't worked across three programs already, I doubt it's gonna work in Photoshop. Plus, I don't have it anyways.

But all jokes aside, only serious posts please. Seeing a response makes me think somebody has a solution. Not trying to be rude, but I have been at this for the past four days, and it's only working my nerves so much.

Yes my post was presented to partly be funny but i'm also serious.  Photoshop is at least 10x more powerful than any program you have tried so far.  You can download a 30 day trial for photoshop and the great price of ... free.  If the problems still persist when you print with photoshop then i suggest that it is actually your printer.  Perhaps it is setting some sort of automatic margins?

I understand man. I just want this fixed. I don't know what it's doing, and usually I can troubleshoot things like this, and fix them, but this one has got me stumped.

Ok, one last try. Back in June when I found this site I dug out my old laptop so I could take it with me to get scans for TCP. When I loaded the software for my HP from the original disc, the laptop didn't recognize it at all (it originally had windows 98 and I put xp on it). I downloaded the updated software and driver from HP a couple times and still nothing. I ran HP's troubleshooter which said to remove all software, drivers, other printers, clear all temp files, reboot etc..., then do a fresh install from their site. I was very happy after restarting and seeing "Found New Hardware" pop up, and it worked.

Not the same problem as your's but maybe the software is corrupted and needs to go.

Good luck  :)

Edit: Added bold

perhaps before you try doing something like a fresh install, try getting a linux livecd of some sort and printing from that
