I think you have hit the nail on the head with the paper size. US letter is 3 inches shorter than US Legal. Not sure why your printer thinks only letter is available, or how to add paper types. |

Geeez this is so aggravating, and the thing is, there is absolutely NO information about this problem when I search Google. None. At least I can't find anything. Its as if I have discovered a huge problem within Windows 7, or something. I don't even know anymore. Regardless, I appreciate everyone of you guy's help. If SOMEONE out there can figure out this problem, please let me know. I'll keep checking up on this thread. |
