New NES raw scans

I tried level one surface blur in Paint.net and I think the result was amazing.
I think the image would be usable if it was higher DPI:

Interesting.. So re-scan at a higher resolution? Weird, that he thought it was 600dpi... Ok, well I can ask again...
EDIT: Ok, I talked to him, he says he's scanning them at 600dpi - even provided a screenshot:
Any further suggestions? Does his scanner just suck? Should he scan at a higher DPI?

I think it's then that the images get screwed when adding to the site he uses, so:

Humm, ok. I appreciate the advice Arseen.. Here is re-scan (can you let me know if this one is 600 DPI?) The scan looks a lot better to me.
