Yes it is Pyramid Head. Though now that you bring up MDK that would be an AWESOME idea. Though I do say these giant pointy masks make it impossible to maneuver around a bunch of drunk people. Or get through doors.
The top chunk of it was actually a scrap from an art student's 3D design project that was about to get thrown in the trash. I decided to cut a hole in the bottom of it and extend the bottom of it with chunks of a shoebox and hot glue. The silver and black were spray painted on, and the red is a mixture of red, brown and black kids paint (with a little water so I could go all Jackson Pollock on this thing). The sword is actually a replica buster sword I got for my birthday from a friend years ago. It's not the safest thing to bring to a party but I had to at least take a picture. I also wrapped my stomach in medical "tape" for added effect (and to fight the cold).
I didn't notice til after I painted it, but the sloppy hot glue job gives it a sort of welded together metal look. I think it's kinda cool
I'll probably be doing my homework most of tomorrow, but it just occured to me what trick-or-treaters will be seeing when I answer the door
