Gamecube memory card labels

Hey, I did a couple of searches but didn't find this anywhere.

I was wondering if anyone had scans of the original labels that came with Gamecube memory cards. I've bought quite a few used cards for my Gamecube and would love it if somewhere there were labels to print for them, preferrably the same as the originals - lined, with 59/251/1019 markings. Does anyone know a site that has these or is there a chance someone here has them?

I might have a set of 59s or 251s, unused. I would need to find it first. Somehow. I know I had it at one point, don't know if it crossed from hoarding to "seriously, don't hoard this" and I tossed it.

I have no experience editing images, but it may be possible to make them from scratch. I found a Gamecube font here.
