Got these today for NES:
Dragon Warrior 1 with:
- Box

Dragon Warrior 2 with:
- Box
- Manual
- Map

Dragon Warrior 3 with
- Box
- Manual (the bigger type called Explorer's Handbook)
- Map

Dragon Warrior 4 with:
- Box
- Manual (the bigger type called Explorer's Handbook)
- Map x2

Boxes are in quite good condition, will scan DW 3's box soon as it is missing from the site.

But the maps need TLC. So if I scan them, would someone be willing to clean them, so I can reprint them.

Arseen, could you measure the maps? I want to make sure that when I re-assemble the image, that it is the right size for printing.

All 4 maps are 51.4 x 34.3 CM.

But if the resolution allows could you also make four times bigger ones, I mean double wide and high (or even 9 times, triple high and wide)?
I know my local printer can do even 16X at minimum.
They print with roll paper that is minimum of 140 CM wide (roll length is 40 meters I think )

If needed I can rescan at 1200 DPI.

Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Hillsfar map 27.6 x 21 CM @ 1200 DPI:

Enlargement of this would be nice too.

No, that's alright. Actually, my computer is struggling to work with these at 600 dpi. This may take longer than I originally anticipated.

OK, no hurry.

EDIT: How about if I scan @ 1200DPI, but in smaller pieces, now the maps are in 4 pieces but if I scan  with the fold lines in 9 pieces.

I'd really want nice big maps on my wall.

Well, it's the assembling part that brings down my computer. I would have to assemble the images, eventually. And at 1200 dpi, I'd fear for my computer, after seeing how it handled 600 dpi. :( If you really want me to try, go ahead and start with scanning just one of them at 1200 dpi, and we'll see how that goes.

Here is one of the better maps:

It's enough if you clean the pieces well, you can leave the map into 9 separate files (or even in more pieces if necessary), just try to make them fit together and name them for example A1-A3, B1-B3 AND C1-C3,  so the pieces then go like this:

A1 A2 A3
B1 B2 B3
C1 C2 C3

I know that the printer has powerful computer and he can put the map together.

I tried to work with it at 1200 dpi. My computer is really not cooperating with me on it. 600 was pushing the limit. I can try to clean up each individual square and straighten them out, but I can't guarantee that they will match up with one another.
