PS1 - Tomba 1 - DVD Case

Hey, I was wondering if someone could make a DVD case style for Tomba 1.  I'm not too picky about the details of it I just want it in dvd format.

Do you happen to have the original case and manual? If you do and you can scan it you'll have a much chance of getting a cover. I might even do it for you. Most of us arent going to be motivated to make a cover if we have to use bad scans found online because it wont make the quality standards.
