Alright, here it is: Mega Man!
First off, thanks to irvgotti for vectoring the logo. 8) The scan that we have on this site isn't exactly great quality, and neither is the original artwork I found online. I did my best cleaning it up... but you can only do so much to polish a turd. So I made an alt art version with some kickass better quality art. The original still looks alright when printed out, and if anyone has a better scan of that cover please let me know so I can update it.

I remember finding this a while back. Pretty sure its the planned cover art had we actually gotten a release. Not the greatest but it could make a nice alternate.
