Localized Mega Drive/Genesis and Reproduction Covers

Could one of you awesome guys made a reproduction cover for the NTSC version of Megaman: The Wily Wars? I'd love to put my NTSC-U repro in an original Genesis case!

I might be able to help out I been vectori g the logo for this game. I'm at about 60% of the way.
