This never came out in North America and apparently it's a very well liked game... TBH I don't really get it, but no biggie, enjoy the localization.

This seems to be basically the same thing with nicer graphics.  I can't figure out how to play it really though lol.

How shall I put it... You lick various type and color balls until you have enough tail to open door to next stage.

You can also lick enemies until the have had enough and explode.

You can collect tongue extensions for better ball licking and clocks for to have more time to do it.
