This one is a bit of an oddity.  There is an officially licensed version of this game for the SNES.  It's a little obscure since it doesn't really follow the style of the other Power Rangers games.  Anyway, the Genesis never got a version (officially).  Until some Chinese pirate developers decided to make this unofficial port.  It's surprisingly accurate to the SNES version at least for a pirate job.  It's not the best pirate fighter out there, that title still goes to Lord of the Rings Return of the King/Chinese Fighter, but it is one of the better ones.

It appears that as of November 9, 2012 I have run out of monthly bandwidth on my Box account due to someone going on epic downloading spree (I take it as a compliment lol).  As a result, downloading covers from that account will be unavailable until December 1, 2012.  I will make an alternate account somewhere and upload all the covers there for backup.  This might take a while though since there are over 2 gigs of covers to upload.  In the meantime, if you would like to download any cover art I've made, feel free to PM me and I will email it to you.
