Actually after looking that video link, maybe if found cheap.

Yeah it's a Chinese unlicensed/pirate game. Oddly enough it's actually a hack of another Chinese pirate title: Tenchi Wo Kurau 3. Anyway, as far as Chinese pirated fighting games go (most of which are borderline unplayable) this one is pretty decent in comparison.
The game is fully playable from start to finish, it doesn't suffer from any major glitches, the hit detection is good as is the overall movement engine, the characters actually have special moves and the arenas don't look half bad. On the downside, it is a Chinese pirate after all, so it suffers form a lack of creativity, you only use 2 buttons to fight, there aren't any extras like character bios, cut scenes or even a real ending (it just says "Congratulations" after you beat it), also no boss, you just fight palette swaps of the last character 3 times in a row lol. Overall it's not a great game, but not completely terrible either. It's got the oddity factor going for it, plus the fact that it actually works, but I wouldn't pay more than $10 for it. Still, enough people seemed to want a cover for it, I guess there are quite a few copies floating around out there.
