PC game covers thread (was: Official PC game template)

So I went to Staples last night to get some paper and a paper cutter, all in preparation of starting making covers tonight. Yet when I took my printer out from the box (I haven't used it in like a year) it didn't work. Canon tech support (props for replying in a couple hours) said I'd have to take it to a repair facility.
I'm incredibly pissed off because I got this printer in order to make covers but realized I didn't have the time and it's been in the box ever since. I literally used it one time after I purchased it and now it's broken.
So. pissed.
[edit]
I got it working again with toothpicks... long story... but prints looks like crap. However, looks like Canon might actually replace it, which, if true, is f-ing awesome.

I've gotta Kodak printer myself. The Ink is cheaper than any other brand, and the Printer itself is a Printer-Scanner-Copier combo that I got for $50 on Woot.
For a while, it was perfect. However, after getting fed up with Windows, I switch to Ubuntu and found out the hard way that Kodak doesn't support Linux. I can't even print with it using Wine; the only way I can use it is to restart the system and reboot it under Windows XP.
I just don't understand it. Why would a company willingly ignore a decent segment of their user base? It's not just Linux, they also don't support Mac OS. I mean, c'mon.

he didn't include the spines sadly, but nothing a good cover artist couldn't make on his own.
