I finally fixed the uploading issue. Please test and let me know if you run into further issues.

This is from a different issue with the uploads. Snowcone is working on it (as always), but he actually has an alpha of a new upload page going. He said 1 week he hopes to have it ready, so by New Year's Day I think it'll be ready.
