The template looks not bad although maybe a vectored (do you call it like that? ;D ) Amiga logo would look nicer. On this one the "TM" is barely readable and it looks a bit pixelated.
I'm no template expert unfortunately. Maybe shenske should check it too. :)

Just out of curiosity...
The Amiga never used the Commodore logo on the retail boxes of the game? Or was it just a design decision by you to use the logo we see here?
