In which way is it loose?  Could it be fixed by gluing some foam inside?  Just like to know before I buy 100 of these things. :)

Super Mario Bros. UGC

BTW, will Shadowfox's Genesis cases use UGC dimensions?

Thanks.  I uploaded it to the site (twice; I had to make a minor fix), hopefully it will be accepted.

EDIT: Okay, I noticed the covers I previously uploaded to the site were off by 5 pixels in width.  I fixed that, and centered the spine text a little more.  The MediaFire link above was edited to the final version.  Sorry to spam the uploads.  :-[

Thinking about getting these, anyone tried them?

Oh! I got my 10 SEGA clamshells in today...  ;D I should make a new thread about my review. Basically, I'm not concerned about them, they ended up cutting corners and using inferior sleeves and plastic. The clips are a bit bigger and they added a few minor additions.

Also, what's the best way to remove adhesive when flattening a box to scan (Goo Gone?), and what's the best adhesive to reapply?

I tried fitting a standard Family Computer cartridge in a U.S. Sega Genesis case, and sure enough it fits perfectly.  It takes a little effort to fit it underneath the second tab though.  Hopefully when Shadowfox makes his Genesis cases, he can alter the dimensions slightly, or alter the tabs, so the case can accommodate FC carts without one of the tabs scraping against the side of the cart during insertion/removal.

Here's a version of the SMB box for Mega Drive cases.  I used more surface blur on the artwork this time.  I think it looks a little smoother, without sacrificing detail as far as I can tell.

There really isn't a good way to pop a box open like you're suggesting. Goo gone would be about the worst option. It'll soak in to that chipboard and pretty much stay there forever.

Cutting it down the glue line with a sharp blade is probably the best option, but I don't think it's worth it. You can get good scans without going through all that.

So this is my first post back apparently I got deleted at some point :(

In any case I've noticed a bunch of the labels listed here aren't in the main section on the site. Is there a reason for this? Great work by the way. I'm hoping to add some my self when i get up to speed again.

Love these Famicom covers. It's a shame that there's not more interest in Famicom UGC's... Are the Japanese just not interested in UGC for their lose carts ? I would have figured that there would have been as much attention to Famicom as the NES, if not more by now?

I don't think any Japanese persons are here, but Famicom covers are made if needed AND HIGH QUALITY raws are available.

I need to make some covers eventually, I got 150+ games to case, and I just got a Disk System, with 2 games. I was toying with Poly Cases, but I need shelf space first.
Some I may just pack away, due to them relying on knowing Japanese, like RPGs.

I did arrange them  in color order recently. Ignore the mess, I've been cleaning.
